Frenus: Member Onboarding System
Built a complete membership system: Webflow site with Memberstack authentication, Supabase user database, and Make.com automations. New members onboard without manual work.
The Challenge
Frenus was onboarding members manually. Spreadsheets. Email responses. Data scattered. The founder spent 10+ hours per week on administrative work that should have been automatic.
The System
I built a membership system where new signups trigger automatic workflows: welcome email via Beehiiv, profile created in Supabase, team notified in Slack, member added to the correct access level in Memberstack. No manual steps. No data entry.
The Stack
Webflow for the site and member portal. Memberstack for authentication and subscription management. Supabase for relational data: profiles, preferences, activity logs. Make.com for workflow orchestration. All owned by Frenus. All replaceable. Full documentation handed over.
The Outcome
Frenus now onboards 20+ members per month with zero manual work. The founder reclaimed 40+ hours per month. Automations handle edge cases, retry failed emails, and log everything for debugging. The system scales.
